  • • Provide a fully productive intellectual environment by providing easily accessible information on School and Institute policies and procedures promoting frequent informal gatherings and discussions providing office and research space that facilitates interaction and efficiency

  • • Demonstrate a commitment to all members of the community by

  • —highlighting the accomplishments of our diverse faculty, staff, and student body
    —holding appreciation events for alumni, emeritus faculty, and other parts of the community
    —organizing regular gatherings of faculty, staff, and students
    —sponsoring recognition events for new students, faculty, and visitors
