Microsystems for the Life Sciences
Alison Hirsch will be presenting during 2 sessions at the 2009 Annual AIChE Meeting in Nashville, TN.
Her first talk is Wednesday, November 11, 1:30 PM at the Pres. Boardroom A (Gaylord Opryland Hotel) and is titled “Cell and Particle Behavior in Microfluidic Mixers.”
Her second talk is Friday, November 13, 10:40 AM at Magnolia Boardroom B (Gaylord Opryland Hotel) and is titled “Modeling Experimental Platforms for Chemotaxis and the Implications for Evaluating Cellular Response.”
Be on the lookout for Hyewon Lee giving a poster presentation titled, “Multiplex Pressure Measurement in Microsystems using Volume Displacement of Nanoparticle Suspensions,” at MicroTAS 2009.
In addition, Dr. Kwanghun Chung will be presenting his research titled,
“Automated Microsystem for High-Throughput In Vivo Cell Microsurgery to Study Neuronal Circuits.”
