Please note that:  
1)  We will NOT notify you whether you receive an overload.       Check the "Registration Status (Time Ticket and Permits)" option in the Registration Menu on the WEB Student Information Access System to view any permits and/or overloads. If you are issued an overload for a closed section, note the CRN of that section. You need to add this section to your schedule by entering the CRN in the ADD CLASS TABLE and pressing the SUBMIT CHANGES BUTTON.
2)  It is your responsibility to add the course to your schedule by the end of this phase of registration.      

If you are issued an overload for a course, you are still not registered for the course.
All unused overloads will be deleted at the end of this phase of registration.

3)         Do not submit this form more than once during each phase of registration UNLESS you wish to change requested meeting time or correct your personal information.
