Andrew Marin is originally from
Plano, Texas, and currently a 4th year Chemical Engineering student. He
has been heavily involved in student organizations over the past four
years and served as President of Alpha Chi Sigma, the Triathlon Club,
and Chair of the Student Advisory Board. Andrew has also conducted
undergraduate research for the Dr. Eckert-Dr. Liotta Joint Research
Group and interned for the Celanese Chemical Corporation in 2007.
Beyond his undergraduate education, Andrew plans to attend graduate
school and obtain a PhD in Chemical Engineering. With his degree,
Andrew will pursue a career in chemical research.

Cintia Nojima is a fourth year
ChBE with a minor in international affairs. She is the current vice
chair of the ChBE SAB and also serves as treasurer for the Society of
Women Engineers, vice president of the American Red Cross Club, and
treasurer of the Undergraduate Consulting Club. She did research for a
year with inorganic nanotubes, completed two co-op terms with
Kimberly-Clark Corporation, and did an internship with Clorox. In her
depressingly spare time she enjoys traveling, playing the violin with
the GT Symphony Orchestra, cooking/baking, horseback riding, and indoor
rock-climbing.

Megan Shenstone is a graduating Senior from Naples, Florida. In addition to being a member of SAB for two years, she participates in Omega Chi Epsilon as President, the GT chapter of the American Institute of Chemical Engineers as Treasurer, and has been a Team Leader for GT1000 for the past three years. During her time at Tech, she did undergraduate research with Dr. Eckert and completed an internship at Frito Lay R&D. After graduation, she will work at Frito Lay in Perry, Georgia as an Operations Resource. |

Jina Kang is a fourth year ChemE student from Suwanee, GA. She has been a FASET Leader in summer 2005-2007, SGA Chemical Engineering Representative, GT1000 ChemE section Team Leader, Student Center Public Relations Committee member, and FIRST Robotics Competition volunteer. She is also a part of Dr.Fuller's Research Group researching on microbial fuel cell and will be interning at CITGO Petroleum Company this summer. While not stressing about school, she enjoys watching movies, reading books, swimming, riding her roadbike and one day wishes to participate in triathlon. Jina plans to attend a dental school and become a dentist.

Lindsey Bergman is a third year from Greensboro , NC. She co-ops with Toyota Motor Manufacturing Kentucky in the plastics department. She is currently pursuing the biotech option for ChBE and hopes to graduate in the Spring of 2010. In her free time she enjoys trips to the beach, running, listening to country music, hiking and GT football!

Jennifer Sessoms is a 3rd Year ChemE from Wilmington, NC. She just transferred to Tech from UNC-Chapel Hill in the Fall of 2007. She is a sister of Alpha Gamma Delta and a brother of Alpha Chi Sigma Professional Chemistry Fraternity.

Anne Talley is a second year from Richmond, VA on the Biotechnology track. She absolutely loves Atlanta's warm weather and lack of snow. Other than the SAB, she is a member of Alpha Chi Sigma and SWE. While not in class, Anne spends her time doing research in Dr. Eckert's lab, running, cooking, and reading non-engineering books. Her current plans include running a half marathon in March, studying at GT Lorraine this summer, an internship in the fall with LyondellBasell, and perhaps grad school in the future. She enjoys trying new things and loves all the opportunities available at Tech.

Jemilat Taiwo is a first
year student from Lithonia GA; she was born and raised in Nigeria where
she developed her passion for Soccer. She loves traveling, dancing,
reading historical novels and making new friends. In addition to ChBE
SAB, Jemilat is also involved in the freshman council, Society of Women
Engineers (Social co-chair) and GT American Red Cross Club. Jemilat
plans to graduate from Tech with a master's degree in Chemical
Engineering and is also looking to attend either business or law school.
