Our holistic admissions review process is based on recommended best practices. Note that we do not use the GRE in our admissions process. 

• B.S. degree in chemical engineering, bioengineering, paper science & engineering, or a closely related discipline
• Minimum GPA of 3.3/4.0
• TOEFL or IELTS scores for international students.  Minimum scores are described here: https://www.grad.gatech.edu/english-proficiency

The final date to submit an application is December 11, 2026. We strongly encourage early submission, as admissions are made on a rolling basis.
