Sholl will advise OCED's Portfolio Management group as they coordinate OCED's strategy

Professor David Sholl has been appointed as a senior portfolio advisor in the Department of Energy's new Office for Clean Energy Demonstrations (OCED). OCED has been allocated over $20B through the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act for large-scale demonstrations in clean hydrogen production, carbon capture, energy storage, and advanced nuclear reactors. In this half-time position, Professor Sholl will advise OCED's Portfolio Management group as they coordinate OCED's strategy for these demonstrations.

Professor Sholl is the former chair of Georgia Tech’s School of Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering.
